Today we visited slavery sites in Stonetown after discussing Fred
Cooper's book on plantation slavery in East Africa. After an afternoon
of Swahili and walks in the market we went to watch the sunset at the
forodhani. Besides the man who tried to follow us home (I got the police
to stop him before he saw where we lived) it was great. Here are some
